Service Description
These nurturing 1:1 sessions provide a peaceful space to explore your specific hopes for birth, in the familiar surroundings of your home. We will weave every hypnobirthing tool into your unique birth story, empowering you and your partner to blossom through pregnancy and step into parenthood feeling confident, calm, and truly ready. How Booking Works: The full course is taught across four in-depth, 2.5-hour sessions. By choosing a date and time on the calendar, you are booking your first session and paying the deposit to secure your space for the entire program. Once your deposit is placed, we will reach out (or chat during our first meeting) to look at our diaries and schedule your remaining three sessions at a pace and time that perfectly suits you.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Summary Please note: By completing this booking, you agree to our comprehensive Terms & Conditions. The full version is always available to read at the bottom of our website. Payments & Deposits A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your place on the course. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before our first session. Payment covers the complete course program, not individual sessions. Flexible payment plans can be arranged if agreed upon in advance. Rescheduling & Cancellations For private 1:1 courses, we require at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, you may be liable for that specific session's fee. If you cancel your booking before the course begins, the £50 deposit is retained. Once the course has started, fees are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, we will always attempt to reschedule. If we absolutely cannot find an alternative date, a pro-rata refund will be provided. If in-person sessions cannot go ahead (e.g., extreme weather), we will rescheduled or seamlessly move our session to a live video link.
