Service Description
A beautiful opportunity to slow down, connect and enjoy some precious one-to-one time with your baby. 🤍 Baby massage is a gentle, nurturing way to build connection with your little one while learning simple massage techniques that you can continue to use together at home. These relaxed, welcoming sessions are designed for parents and babies to enjoy together, with plenty of time to pause, chat and get to know other local parents along the way. You’ll be gently guided through a series of simple massage strokes, learning how to massage different areas of your baby’s body in a calm and supportive environment. There’s no need to have any previous experience — you’ll be shown everything step by step, at a pace that feels comfortable for you and your baby. Baby massage can be a lovely addition to your everyday routine and may help you and your baby enjoy moments of calm and connection. It can also provide a wonderful opportunity to become more familiar with your baby’s cues and learn to respond to their needs through gentle touch. What to expect Each session is relaxed and baby-led, because babies don't always stick to a timetable! You’re welcome to stop, pause, feed, cuddle or comfort your baby whenever they need you to. There is absolutely no pressure for your baby to massage for the whole session. You’ll learn practical techniques that can be incorporated into your daily routine, alongside time to connect with your baby and meet other parents in a friendly, supportive setting. Baby massage is a lovely opportunity to: • Learn simple, gentle massage techniques to use at home • Encourage positive touch and connection with your baby • Spend uninterrupted, quality time together • Become more confident in recognising and responding to your baby’s cues • Create a calming routine that you can enjoy together • Meet other local parents and share the ups and downs of life with a little one Whether you’re completely new to baby massage or simply looking for a little time to slow down and connect with your baby, you’ll be made to feel welcome. Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS We know Terms & Conditions can be a little boring, but they’re here to protect both you and Breathe Birth Blossom. By booking, you agree to these key terms. BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required to secure your place. Courses are booked as a complete block and individual sessions cannot be refunded if you are unable to attend. CANCELLATIONS Bookings are non-refundable once a course has started, including missed sessions. If you cancel before the course begins, you may request one transfer to the next available course, subject to availability and at least 7 days’ notice. IF WE CANCEL If we need to cancel, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule. If this is not possible, a refund for the affected session(s) will be provided. We cannot cover additional costs such as travel or childcare. HEALTH & SAFETY You must provide accurate health information and tell us about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, illness or recent vaccinations. Baby massage is suitable from around 6 weeks to pre-crawling. For premature babies, corrected age should be considered. Please do not attend if you or your baby are unwell or have a contagious illness. Massage techniques are demonstrated on a doll and you massage your own baby. You remain responsible for your baby at all times and should stop whenever needed. CONDUCT & PRIVACY We aim to provide a calm, welcoming and respectful environment. Please respect other participants and their privacy. Older siblings are not permitted unless specifically stated. Photography may be taken for marketing where consent has been provided. Personal photos are welcome provided other families’ privacy is respected. MATERIALS Course materials are for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared or used commercially. PRIVACY & LIABILITY Personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. We hold appropriate public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
