Service Description
Preparing for birth is a highly personal journey, and it is so important that you feel completely comfortable with your teacher. Grab a cup of tea and join me for a free online 15-minute chat. We can discuss what hypnobirthing actually involves, how it supports birth partners, and see if we are a good fit to support your pregnancy journey.
Cancellation Policy
Pregnancy and daily life can be unpredictable, and I completely understand if your plans change! If you need to cancel our chat, you can easily do so yourself up to 1 hour before our scheduled time. Simply click the "Manage Booking" link at the bottom of your confirmation email. Please do use this link if you can't make it, as it opens up the diary for another expectant parent. To reschedule please just book again for a new slot. Joining Our Call Your confirmation email will include a secure Zoom link for our chat. Please don't worry about being "camera ready"—you are more than welcome to join from the sofa in your comfy clothes! If your birth partner is available, they are very welcome to join the screen too. Gentle Reminder While we will be discussing hypnobirthing and birth preparation, this discovery call is an informational chat and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
