Pregnancy Relaxation Classes offer beautiful hour of tranquillity, where you can immerse yourself in soothing techniques that benefit your pregnancy and beyond. These sessions are a gentle invitation to prepare your mind and body for birth in a supportive space, all while connecting with a wonderful community of expectant mums. Each week, we explore a new nurturing topic, ensuring you leave feeling rested, informed, and beautifully prepared for the journey ahead.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions Summary • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. • The course is sold as a complete 4-week block and sessions cannot be booked individually. • No refunds are available once the course has started, or for missed or unattended sessions. • If you cancel at least 3 days before the course begins, you may request to transfer your booking to the next available course, subject to availability and at the discretion of Breathe Birth Blossom. Transfers are limited to one per booking and no refunds are available in place of a transfer. • If your baby arrives before the course begins, you are entitled to a full refund. • If Breathe Birth Blossom needs to cancel the course or a session, you will be offered either a suitable alternative or a refund for any sessions not delivered. • These classes provide relaxation and wellbeing support during pregnancy and are not a substitute for medical advice or maternity care.
